Sometimes it is okay to play with your food!
Have your kids make funny faces with healthy foods and then let them eat their creations. Above is a picture from out easy "Potato Bar Night." When you need an easy dinner: bake organic potatoes and carrots in the crock pot, and serve with Eden canned beans, cheese, avocados, salsa, and whatever else you want. Make funny faces and enjoy.
